Shipping

At Kent Sportswear we strive for speed! All orders will be shipped UPS Ground at a flat rate of $9.99. This typically ensures delivery within 3-5 business days.

Please note that orders placed after 5pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. We also do not ship on holidays were the store is closed, and cannot ship on days or holidays UPS is closed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through the UPS tracking system. Please note their system can often take some time to update.

Please provide a street address for guaranteed delivery. PO Box addresses will not ensure delivery.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If the tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with UPS.

Delivery dates for Ground shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our store.

All shipments returned to us due to an incomplete/invalid shipping address are subject to a return shipping fee. Kent Sportswear is not responsible for return-to-sender fees. Please make certain that all information under your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be processed as a return and the original form of payment will be refunded, less any additional shipping expenses.

Returns

At Kent Sportswear we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Should you not be satisfied with any item you purchase we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of arrival. All items should be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and with all Kent Sportswear tags still attached. Please take care while trying on garments.

To initiate a refund please email sales@kentsportswear.com, or use the contact form, with your order number to receive a return authorization number. We appreciate receiving your request within 30 days of the date you received your item. Without prior return approval we reserve the right to deny refunds to the sender. Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, used, or otherwise altered state may not be accepted and could be sent back to the sender.

To return your product for a refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received our team will review it and notify you of return status within 1-2 business days. We will send you a refund notification email confirming the refund if it is approved, or an e-mail with follow up questions should the situation dictate. Once approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment immediately. Actual reimbursement time to the credit card depends on the payment company or bank that issued the card. All payment companies and/or banks differ in the amount of time it takes to confirm a refund, so it will likely take a minimum of a few business days for the refund to show up on your bank statement.

Damages

If any item is defective, or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid UPS return shipping label and attempt to exchange it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If a damaged item cannot be replaced, we will offer a full refund or credit toward another item.

Damage due to regular wear and tear, or as a result of invalid cleaning methods not depicted on the care label are not considered defective.

Colors

Every effort has been made to ensure the colors of each product are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as computer models and screens may vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of color is completely accurate. Color variations are not considered damage.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible as we strive to ship all product within 1-2 business days. If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel your order and provide confirmation within 1-2 business days. If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for returning it per the standard return policy, including return shipping costs. We will refund your payment once we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse per the standard return policy.
